How the deficiency of Omega-3 affects our body

 

 

A study has shown that one of the leading causes of death was discovered to be a deficiency of Omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. Fish oil is one of the examples of an omega-3 fatty acid, studies have been going on to further understand the importance of this oil.

Our body is recommended to have a minimum of 250 milligrams to 500 milligrams, and an increased amount of fish oil is given to those who have health conditions. However, the dosage should not exceed 3 fish oil capsules a day.

An excessive dosage of fish oils can lead to adverse effects and allergies on the body. Fish oil can be consumed in various forms, it can be by directly baking, frying, roasting, frying, broiling, and smoking a fish. It can also be consumed in a form of concentrated dietary supplements, such as liquid, tablet, capsule, or pill. It can reduce the bad cholesterol level, and increases the good cholesterol level. Strokes and sudden cardiac death are prevented by the use of fish oil. The accumulation of triglycerides and the excess levels of triglycerides are reduced with the sufficient amount of Omega-3 in our body.

  1. Obesity

In this health condition, the body fat has exceeded its normal rate to the extent that it has accumulated and contributes a negative effect on our health. Fish oil improves the efficacy of exercise, thus it promotes weight loss.

  1. Autoimmune Diseases

This condition might be the body attacks and damages its own, or its ability to fight invaders is decreased. Fish oil is believed to boost the immune system, it can affect the number of cytokines and eicosanoids inside our body.

  1. Depression and Anxiety

Studies have shown that a deficiency in Omega-3 can cause depression. Thus, it has been proven that fish oil can be used for mood stabilization, it can relieve depression, anxiety, restlessness, suicidal tendencies, stress, and other nervous disorders.
