Many people seem to be intimidated by the very concept of healthy eating. They usually associate it with expensive or downright weird food. However, we are here to tell you that this is rarely the case. In fact, eating healthy usually means great tasting food.

To start on your journey, you should pace yourself and let your body adjust to your new diet. Contrary to popular belief, eating healthy does not entail swearing off meats. It all comes down to moderation and a balanced diet.
