Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

(from Carolyn in Ontario, Canada)

I like these cookies. They are soft, chewy, tasty and healthy. They are very easy and quick to make.

If you don't want to add the nuts, then double the raisins.I would stir the dry ingredients together first, and then add the rest.

Only makes about a dozen small to medium size cookies. Better to double the recipe.

Prep time: 10 to 15 minutes

Answer Hi Carolyn, thanks so much for sharing. We love these cookies, and are really pleased that you enjoyed them too. Great idea to stir the dry ingredients together first - we've changed the recipe for the better, thanks to you!
Thanks again,
Elizabeth
