Just cooking now - in muffin pan. Added chopped dates & slivered almonds with orange rind included- omitted walnuts & sprinkled with sunflower seeds.Yep,
Brilliant. Had a little experiment and added spiced rum to half of the batch, lovely. Going to make again with choc chips and raisins soaked in rum. Naughty
It was great. However no pic taken as it was eaten very fast. Literally disappeared

This was the most amazing soup!! I had worked a long day followed by a couple hours at the gym. To come home and put together this soup was so much fun!
