rice mixed with veggies

2 cups of rice
2 carrots (chopped thinly)
1 cup of peas
2 tbs of wine vinegar
4 small mushrooms
2 tbs of soy sauce
pinch of salt and pepper

serves 3

add ham if desired

slow baked chicken

Skin the chicken and brush with a bit of oil so it doesn't dry out. You still get juices out of the tomatoes.
