That's a great tip Claire, thank you. Having a drink when you're a bit hungry can really help to keep those hunger pangs at bay. A glass of water half an hour before supper, a tomato juice before lunch, or a cup of tea when that 4pm 'must have cake' feeling strikes. And herb teas are good in the evening if you're a bit peckish. Put the kettle on!
