Nuts - the health benefits of eating nuts

Evidence suggests that including nuts in your diet can help reduce the risk of heart attack, say the The US Food and Drug Administration.

Nuts help to lower the 'bad cholesterol' levels in blood and also contain omega-3 fats and Vitamin E, both of which are good for a healthy heart.
