How to Have a Healthy Diet - in detail
by: Elizabeth, Healthy Eating Made Easy

Hi Jacqui,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share how you have a healthy diet. You are doing all the right things with your exercise, and what you are choosing to eat.

The only thing I would say is that getting up so early means you're only getting about 6 hours sleep, which may not be enough. When the body is over-tired, it doesn't burn carbohydrate so efficiently and this makes it harder to lose weight and can lead to raised blood sugar levels.

I'd suggest just a couple of early mornings a week, and on other days try to get eight hours of sleep. But otherwise, fantastic job - keep it up!
