Healthy holiday eating - mind those serving sizes!

15 December 2009 We all know we'll be eating unhealthy foods over the days to come - and it's hard to avoid the seasonal round of meals out, drinks gatherings and mince-pie occasions.
Your best damage-limitation strategy is to beware, not so much of what you eat, but of how much you eat. The piled plate is not your friend. Enjoy the seasonal goodies, but in moderation...you won't feel so stuffed, and your digestive system and waistline will love you for not indulging in calorie-overload.
