Losing weight after getting married by: Elizabeth Healthy Eating Made Easy
Hi Jyoti
Thanks for your message and apologies for the delay in replying.
People often put on weight when they marry - it can be to do with being more content, and having less incentive to exercise, as you want to stay home together. Cooking for another person, and enjoying meals together can also mean you both tend to put on a few extra pounds.
My advice is to look for a form of exercise that you both enjoy, so that you can do it together - walking, running, badminton or going to the gym can all be great ways to get fitter. Cut out the junk food, eat more fresh fruit and veg and follow these east healthy weight loss tips.
Make a commitment together to tackle your weight and you'll find it much easier to lose than if just one of you wants to shed some pounds.
