Eat Well Spend Less by Sarah Flower

In Eat Well Spend Less, nutritionist and journalist Sarah Flower has come up with a book full of inspiration if you're strapped for time and cash and want to feed your family nourishing and inexpensive meals.

All the recipes are costed out so you can see at a glance how much you'll be spending. There are loads of family-friendly recipes in here, including healthy home-made versions of kids' favourite junk foods, plus soups, main dishes and desserts.

The 7-day meal planner is really useful, especially if you like to stick to the traditional Sunday roast, and there are also tips on freezing and stocking the store cupboard.

This little book has no glossy pictures, but is a useful healthy eating handbook full of cheap but delicious recipes that you'll turn to again and again.
