Loads of great easy healthy meal ideas submitted in our competition. Many of you opted for fish as the main course, preferring salmon. Tuna, coley and king prawns were also nominated.
Chicken and turkey also featured, in a range of simple recipes. Always buy the best quality poultry you can afford, and cut down on portion sizes if necessary, adding more vegetables instead. Only one entrant used meat, in a healthy shepherd's pie recipe, and there was just one vegetarian suggestion.
