Burnin belly fat so I can tie my shoes!

I was searching the internet for some kind of start to lose weight. Every day I say I will start tomorrow.

Enough is enough! I saw this web page on How To Lose Belly Fat with Healthy Eating from Healthy Eating Made Easy. Boom! There it is in front of my face, everything I eat is listed under foods you must cut out if you want to burn belly fat.

As I read down the list of no bread with white flour and no pastas, and no cakes, cookies, tacos, potato chips, pies, candy, hotdogs, and ice cream, I start wondering if I can do this. How can I say no to all these scrumptious foods! So I keep thinking this is not going to kill me, if anything it will help me do the things that I want to do without a struggle. Like not getting out of breath just bending over to tie my shoe, or those so called up down exercises just to get my jeans on, or having my boobs rest upon my belly when I sit.

I know I can do this, I think I can do this, I just want to do this. Well here it goes, starting right now at noon on January 19 2010, I will cut out those chips and ice cream and start eating healthier. I'll let you know what takes place.

Hi Anita - Thanks for taking the time to post. You will be doing yourself such a lot of favours as you lose that belly fat, and you'll find that as you eat less junk food, you won't want it as much. Have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and fresh foods that you prepare from scratch.

And don't forget to combine eating healthy and exercise - having a good diet is only half the solution. You gotta get moving as well! Good luck and let us know how you get on.
