Amazing Cinnamon

I am 47 years old and always enjoyed cinnamon, but I have never realized until lately just how amazing Cinnamon is.

I have always had to work at keeping my weight in check, and always had bowel problems. Now that I am getting older I am much more careful about what I put into my body and I am listening to how my body feels about what I do put in to it.

After a great deal of experimentation I have discovered that cinnamon not only adds amazing flavour to my food and drinks, but it helps keep my bowels regular and is helping me to keep my sugar levels good.

I have added it to bananas (this is a fabulous food combination) to my coffee in the morning, to my tea (with honey- another fabulous combination) to ice cream, to smoothies, cereal...the list goes on and on. Of course I do this within reason. You can always have too much of a good thing.

Who would have thought cinnamon could make such a big difference. This simple spice has helped me drop 10 pounds (I have changed nothing else for 2 months) and stay regular. It has also helped keep my sugar level stable. Amazing.
