I found that the flavours in this recipe developed well, and it was particularly tasty the day after it was made. Ingredients 175g (6 oz, 1 cup) lentils - green are good Serves 3-4
These lentils are delicious warm or cold, as an accompaniment to chicken or fish, or in a salad. You could also add them to soups or pasta sauces, or enjoy just by themselves. They keep will in the fridge for 4-5 days, and you can also freeze them.
