Soups of the Season

Here at Healthy Eating Made Easy we love homemade soup. What's more, soup is quick, easy and satisfying to make, and creating your own soup is a lot cheaper than buying ready-made soups at the supermarket.

This week we've added:

Butternut Squash Soup Extremely simple to make, creamy and golden, you can spice this soup up with chilli to add a spark to its natural sweetness.

Potato Leek Soup A classic, always delicious - but you do need to get the proportions right for the best result.

Hot and Sour Soup If you've got the sniffles, this is the one for you. So warming and nourishing, Hot and Sour Soup is the perfect comfort food. A touch of vinegar helps soothe a sore throat - believe me, I lived on this soup for a couple of days last week, and it was truly restorative to breathe in its fragrant aroma.
